*This is a bit long, but detailed*
This is a great product. I was a bit skeptical because the wight capacity is 250, and i am 261. However it is durable, and it holds up perfect. It also doesn't wobble, as some of the reviews have said. I put it together by myself (i am a 31 year old woman, by the way), and it took 2 hours. It was fairly easy to assemble, but patience is needed. If you get impatient, and get careless with any part of the assembling process, then you will pay for it, once you get on the machine. I think that's why some of the reviews are 1 to 4 stars. Over all, its lovely. It has a resistance level that goes to 12. Two minutes doing the resistance at 12, you will feel burn in your thighs..... and that what we want! Also, just to get an idea of how big the machine is, i was curious as to how tall the woman is in the picture. I thought that maybe if she is short, then the machine is shorter.. but no... once i got it, and stood on it, i was big enough for me (i am 5ft 6 inches tall). The woman is the picture must be the same height as me because i stand just as tall on my machine as she does, in the position that she is posed in.
Everything about the machine is sturdy. I did however have an issue with a bit of wobble from the left peddle, but come to find out, it was because one one the screws were not tight enough. once i fixed it, i didnt feel the wobble anymore.
Also PLEASE DO NOT CUT ANYTHING THAT IS DOWN IN THE BASE OF THE MACHINE. I almost cut what i thought was a twisty-tie, because i thought that those particular wires needed to be lose. But im happy that i didnt cut them! (actually don't cut anything except the plastic from around the parts and dont remove the wire ties that are on the machine, because you will need them to pull up the wires. The manual will explain).
Finally, the things that you will need that doesn't come in the box are: 4 AA batteries for the console, and a regular sized, Phillip Head Screwdriver. Also Make SURE that you do NOT throw away the white grease that comes in a small packet in the box, because you will need to rub it on a few pieces of medal. The manual will explain where it needs to go. Failure to do so, will cause the machine to squeak and make noises in certain areas because of friction.
The tablet holder is nice to have, and my Nexus 7 and my husbands iPad Air fits in perfectly, and comfortable. The only two cons that are not really cons, is that...the console doesn't have a back light to see at night and it doesn't have an Mp3 port for aux cable to listen to your Mp3.
Its also easy to move around, because if the wheels on the front.
Lastly, if the machine is shaking or making noise, its because something wasn't done right, because the machine should be sturdy, as if it were nailed to the floor. There shouldn't be any wobble..at all, unless you're moving from side to side as you exercise, and if so, then your exercising wrong :)
Anyway, i hope that i touched down on the details that others didn't mention. Enjoy!
